2Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA):

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you (the Client) own all rights, title, and interest in the custom code and designs created specifically for your project.
Vinkon Rights: We retain the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prevents us from doing so.

3User Obligations

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site.
Harass, threaten, or defraud us or any other users.

4Limitation of Liability
